TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The $50k discount including GST is only valid for the remaining six newly titled sections in Orchard View, Shannon Farm (Qualifying Sections) based on current list prices.

Current list prices are available from the Sales Manager at Shannon Farm on request.

This promotion only runs until 28 February 2026.

Any purchasers must sign an Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate (Agreement) and comply with Shannon Farm’s standard terms and conditions within the Agreement. Agreements are available on request from the Sales Manager Shannon Farm.

To be eligible for this promotion:

a. The Purchaser must enter into a conditional Agreement by 28 February 2026 in respect of a Qualifying Section;

b. If a section is purchased by a company, trust, limited partnership or any other entity, a personal guarantee of the Purchaser’s obligations under the Agreement which is satisfactory to the vendor in all respects must be provided;

c. Settlements must occur within one month of the Agreement being unconditional; and

d. The Agreement must be on terms and conditions otherwise satisfactory to the Vendor in all respects in its sole and absolute discretion.

The Vendor reserves the right to extend the promotion at its sole discretion.
